Yo! I’m Leah. I’m a creative strategist at Cabedge and I do cool design stuff. This is my first blog post ever *high five! … probably to myself* I will be blogging about my Food Journey through Cummins Station. Because…food is better than everything, am I right?
Our office is in Cummins Station and as you may or may not know, there are a plethora of great restaurants in the building. Over the past few months, my teammates have developed signature lunches from the different places in CS, creating a food frenzy in the office. I’m on the quest to try them all and hopefully, find my own signature feast.
So, I was just sending emails to the team about my excursions, but they think it’s hilarious (finally someone appreciates my personality) and I should blog about it… so… here goes..
Today I got “The Allen” we all know what that is…2 Steak Tacos! (hold up two fingers when you say it..it’s more fun) from Cinco de Mayo. He seriously gets this like, ALL the time. For a mere $6.01 you get two (peace sign up!) steak tacos and chips and salsa. Now, that is a great deal! The tacos are indeed delicious, whether or not they are 5-days-a-week delicious is debatable…
Stay tuned in the coming weeks as I explore “The Paul” – Cheeseburger & fries from Morning Glory Deli, “The David” – Udon Stir Fry Noodles from Wild Wasabi, “The Coco” – Chicken & Artichoke soup and a salad from M. Market and “The Evanne” – Seaweed Salad from Wild Wasabi. “The Joe” is still TBD.. he brings a suspicious looking meal of leftovers everyday so…. I’m going to have to bypass that route.
